GaAs single crystal sphere – radius around 0.124 mm – prepared by me – after fabricating a small spherizer of 6×6 cm size (Nonius spherizer was not available in the lab there) and makin a GaAs sphere srystal. Prof. was very happy that i could reproduce the experimental, and data collection works at Jpan. Then XRD single crystal data was collected and proved that my work was genuine and exact. later we published that work in JPCS.
